This coffee comes from cooperatives of 200 coffee-producing families in the Lamas region, the folk capital of the Amazon. Coffee was introduced to Peru in the 18th century and is today the leading export product. 92% of the production comes from the central forest regions. Shading is 95% used. This Chanchamayo type washed Arabica comes from the central regions, superior quality coffee, favorable climate, culture and modern processing. Sorting by hand and preparation by wet method. Washed Arabica, good acidity, excellent body, soft cup, blue-green raw beans, nice bean. These arabicas can be superior to the very good classic Central Americans in terms of appearance and cup.
